...is also a collaboration between Elise Coudré & MiE goffin. They have found each other in their mission to inspire and change the way we perceive, handle and eat food.
Elise Coudré
is experience designer and conceptual artist. She is bitten by the psychology of food. In her artistic work she often deals with themes related to this. She always does this in a playful yet stimulating way. What she really likes about her practice is designing food experiences that make people think.
MiE goffin
is a culinary, oriented /future/ food creator. Her passion for nutritious food drives her mission; making people aware of nutritionally nutritious and sustainable food choices. She believes it is important to provide inspiration for the way we perceive, experiment and eat food. But the ultimate goal is always to reap the benefits of the bold taste that the earth has to offer and the well-being of ourselves and the planet.
